Daniel Bessman

A proud graduate of the United States Naval Academy, Daniel retired from the Navy after serving with distinction for 20 years. His ability to identify key issues and opportunities, create a compelling vision, and galvanize organizations to win created 7 all-Navy award-winning teams – to include a “Best in Class” distinction. He is the only officer to lead teams to win two different matrixed organization’s National Navy Logistics Team Awards and the first of two officers to win both Navy League National Logistics Leadership Awards. He excelled with Amazon Operations, consistently ranked in the top 1% of 360-degree feedback and led the 500-member Inbound Team to regional recognition.

Lorene Bessman

Lorene focused her hard work and commitment to excellence demonstrated by her high academic achievement and in softball, earning her “Georgia’s Most Valuable Player” and pitching the University of Georgia Lady Bulldogs to their first ever win. After graduating with a degree in Public Relations, she went on to a successful sales career winning “Rookie of the Year” at TMSI, a technology staffing firm, and receiving numerous hand-written letters of appreciation. Lorene reentered the business world after supporting the Navy and Daniel by moving 9 times in 17 years, with 3 overseas tours, and raising 3 girls.
